Naomi and Dave are co-hosts of the new radio show Real Stories, Real People. They’re struggling to stay relevant in a media landscape obsessed with youth, freshness and attracting younger audiences but they also can’t afford to alienate their older listeners.

Naomi, a former television host and avid Ricky Gervais fan, is all too aware that the clock is ticking and that the show she’s pitched to management, Real Stories, Real People, is her last chance at a career in the media. Dave is only a little younger than Naomi but thinks he knows exactly what ‘young people’ want to hear and that Naomi is holding him back.
